Our services cover all areas of Pre-design stage to Post-commissioning stage.
In the Pre-Design Stage we gather information from our clients, visit the site for design and engineering and then in accordance to that prepare preliminary drawings & designers reports with BOQs and estimates.
In the Design Stage we prepare calculation sheets that are required to carry out the design & detail engineering of various systems, size & select the equipment and material, evaluate of owning/operating cost analysis, technical assessment of alternate equipment’s, prepare design drawing and BOQs, raise cost estimates on basis of above schedules.
The next stage to the above two is the Tender Stage where we prepare tender documents with the technical specifications, commercial terms, bill of quantities and drawings and then issue tender notice and invite bids.
The fourth stage is the Contract Award Stage where we evaluate tenders received from contractors, comparative statements; techno-commercial discussions with bidders; recommendations and LOI,WO to award the contract.
The fifth is the Construction Stage where we visit the site to inspect the material and the work; convey decision to clients’ engineer and also provide technical support during commissioning as required.
The last stage is the Post Construction Stage where we provide technical support to accept the installation, as built drawings and spares from the contractor and orientation of systems for operations crew.
